To the tradie reading this

G'day. I'm Alessandro Bordignon. I'm 37, Italian, and I live in Sydney. What I do for a living is build AI and automation systems for businesses.

Four years of that now, for big companies and for funded startups. Before it I ran my own small business for seven years and sold it in 2024, so I know the feeling when the phone ringing is the whole pipeline. These days I work out of the Stone & Chalk community here in Sydney, alongside other people building software.

Here is how I ended up building for trades.

A mate of mine, Steve, is a plumber. Good operator, flat out, phone going all day. A while back he paid an agency many thousands of dollars for a website, then waited over a month to get it. It looks alright. It has never brought him a single job. He couldn't tell me what it does all day, because it doesn't do anything. It sits there.

Then I heard close enough to the same story from other trades. Same money, same wait, same page doing nothing.

So I asked Steve the obvious question. Why have a website at all, if it doesn't bring you a job?

What got me is that I already knew the answer, because I install it for a living. A website should answer. Someone lands on it at nine at night and an assistant that knows your prices, your suburbs and the jobs you won't take on has the conversation for you. Your phone gets picked up while your hands are full. Quotes chase themselves two days later. The review ask goes out while the customer is still rapt.

I build exactly that for companies with a hundred staff. Ten to thirty thousand dollars to start. A bloke with a ute and a good name in his suburb can't get near that number, and he's the one who needs it most, because for him one missed call is the best job of the week.

I'll tell you the other thing I can see from in here, and you can make of it what you like. People have started asking an AI assistant who to call instead of scrolling Google. The companies I work with have been getting ready for that for two years. Almost no trades have started. That's not me trying to spook you, it's just what the view looks like from where I sit, and it's cheaper to be early than to catch up.

So that's what this is. The same system those companies pay project money for, run for one flat number a month. A$497, A$0 setup, cancel any month. The website itself I build first and free, before you've paid me anything, so you judge the work with your own eyes instead of taking my word for it.

The name is the promise. You own the website, you own the domain, you own your customer list, and it's in the agreement before you pay. Leave whenever you like and the site keeps working with your customers still in it.

Last thing, because you'd find out anyway. I'm taking the first five clients now, so there's no wall of logos on this page and I'm not going to borrow someone else's. The ledger on the full drawing set says what's running today and what's still being built. Don't buy on a dashed line.

Five at a time isn't a scarcity trick. Five is how many businesses one person can build properly, one after the other.
